ELIGIBILITY FOR ATTENDING AND VOTING AT THE ENSUING A.G.M.
The Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Friday 30th July 2010 at 6.30 PM at the Club premises. The requisite notice along with the Balance Sheet and the Income & Expenditure A/c for the year ended 31st March 2010 has been despatched to all permanent members.

As per the Rules and Regulations every member willing to exercise his voting right at the ensuing A.G.M. must carry their Smart Card/Photo Identity Card or any other paper to establish their identity like driving licence, PAN card etc.

Service in the following areas will remain suspended on Friday 30th July 2010 from 4.00 PM due to A.G.M. -
• Coffee Room
• Library

As per the rules, members are required to clear their outstandings up to April 2010 within 15th July 2010 to contest in the election or to participate and exercise their voting rights at the ensuing A.G.M.

MEMBERS’ DIRECTORY
Members’ Directories have been sent to all members. The cost of the Directory is          Rs. 150/- will be charged to concerned member’s account. Additional copy of Members’ Directory would cost Rs. 450/- each. If, however, any member not interested in retaining a Directory, could exercise the option of returning the same without any damage within 15 days from the date of despatch and get a refund of Rs. 150/- through the monthly bill.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR THE MEMBERS
Parking of chauffeur-driven cars within the club is not permitted after 6.30 PM. Members are requested to comply with the rules.

Extra security measures in view of the current security threats would be introduced in the Car Parking Area in the interest of the members. Members are requested to extend their full cooperation even if the measures cause some inconvenience.

Registration of Guests: It is observed that some members do not register the guests brought by them into the club. It may kindly be noted that unaccompanied guests are required to wait at the designated area near the staircase. A Member expecting guests is requested to inform the Reception Counter about the name(s) of the guests expected and the likely location of the member within the club premises.

Suggestions & Complaints: In case a member is dissatisfied with the conduct of any club employee, quality of service/club product, he/she should record his/her complaint in writing at the register available with the Reception Desk on demand. Written complaints help club management to address the issue and take appropriate action against delinquent employees.

BEAUTY PARLOUR
Beauty Parlour is open every day from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM except Sunday.

SMART CARD
Smart Cards are ready for delivery. Members who have not yet taken delivery are requested to collect their Cards from the office between 12.00 Noon to 2.00 PM and 4.00 PM to 8.00 PM except Sundays and holidays.

RESTRICTION ON USING CELL PHONES
Members are once again requested not to use Cellular Phones except on the Ground Floor South Verandah and on the First Floor South Verandah.

SPORTS
Annual prize distribution would be held at the Sports Complex on July 3rd 2010 at 7.00 PM. Considering that exercise is beneficial to keep one self fit, we are arranging Water Aerobics at the Swimming Pool from 1st of July 2010 under supervision of a qualified instructor. Water Aerobics is helpful for all ages.

COST OF REMINDERS
The charges of registered postage/courier for despatching reminders to be debited to the concerned member’s account.

DRESS CODE
Members are requested to adhere to the Club’s Dress Code,which is as follows:- For male Members/guests, the following are not permitted in the precincts of the Club:

• Kurta with Pyjama of any kind
• Kurta with Trousers of any kind
• Shirts with Dhoti
• T-Shirts without collar except for tennis
• Shorts except for tennis and in Men’s Dressing Room
• Jeans, Sneaker after 6 pm
• Open chappals except with Dhoti
• Shirts without being buttoned up

Members are required to observe the Club’s dress regulations at all times. They are also required to ensure that their guests abide by all these regulations too.

SETTLEMENT OF BILLS
Members are requested to settle their bills within 15 days from the date of despatch of the bills as per article 25 of the Articles of Association of the Club. Members are also requested to put their Name, Membership Number on the reverse of the cheques.
