This is to inform members that to
send each voucher to individual members every month is a laborious process as
this has compelled the Club to engage six of its employees to sort
innumerable vouchers so that each member receives vouchers signed by him
along with the bill. To avoid this time consuming process, your Committee has
decided to hand over every signed copy of the voucher as soon as the same is
signed by the concerned member. This
will enable member to question any bill raised on him should he find any
inaccuracy in the bill.
The services of the six staff
members who are now doing the work of sorting will be deployed in any other
department of the Club.
The above process will be
implemented on and from December 1, 2011.
